Environment-strategy-organizational dynamic equilibrium is a necessary condition for an enterprise's growth and development.When the external environment of a company changes,the enterprise must adjust the relationship between the enterprise and the environment through strategic changes to achieve a rebalancing.With the rapid development of economy and society,on the one hand,the industry environment facing enterprises is becoming more and more complex and ever-changing,which has continuously increased the difficulty of analyzing trends in the industry;on the other hand,fierce market competition requires the ability of enterprises to respond to changes in the agile environment.How to solve this contradiction is a problem that companies must face today.Based on this,it is particularly important to analyze the matching of corporate strategic changes and industry development trends in a complex and dynamic industry environment.Through the above considerations,this article has carried out innovative explorations,adopting literature research methods,single case study methods and other research methods,selecting Yunnan Baiyao Company as a case study object,through the in-depth analysis of case enterprises,trying to build a strategic transformation of the pharmaceutical industry enterprises.Matching theory with industry trends.In the first chapter of this paper,the research topics are determined and the research ideas are combed.In the second chapter,firstly,on the basis of reviewing the relevant literature system,the basic analytical logic of the company's strategic change process is clarified.Secondly,combing the related theories and research ideas of the industry research,finally expounding the research status of the pharmaceutical industry;in the third chapter of this paper,the research and design,expounding the selection criteria of the case companies and the data collection channels,etc.;Chapter four,is mainly combs the development history of the pharmaceutical industry and Yunnan Baiyao companies,and an in-depth analysis of the matching pattern of Yunnan Baiyao's strategy transformation and industry trends at different stages was carried out.In the fifth chapter,on the basis of the case study,the theoretical model of the strategic transformation of the pharmaceutical industry and the industry trend matching mechanism was constructed through analysis and deduction.Chapter 6 of this paper summarizes the conclusions,contributions and prospects of the entire study.Through the research,this paper concludes that:(1)The growth of pharmaceutical companies will generally go through three stages: scale,diversification,and platformization.The leap in each stage will be accompanied by the implementation of corporate strategy changes.(2)The matching patterns of strategic changes and industry trends in the pharmaceutical industry include:forward matching,cross matching,and backward matching.Cross matching can be further divided into forward cross matching and backward cross matching.(3)In the process of corporate growth,the cross-matching model has a crucial influence on the development of the company.
