Among the many factors that affect global warming, changes in land use caused by human activities are one of the most important factors that can not be ignored.Based on the study of changes in land use structure and ways to reduce carbon emissions,on the one hand,it plays an important role in regional economic and social development.Taking advantage of the sustainable use of land resources,it also plays a role in mitigating global warming.positive effects. In this paper, takes Guiyang ring road as the research area, the use of 3S technology analysis of 2001 to 2017 changes in land use and carbon emissions changes, the use of Markov forecasting methods to predict land-use change and carbon emissions in order to set the constraints and the objective function of the way Build a gray multi-objective optimization model, and get the plan of optimizing the land use structure under the low-carbon requirements.According to the plan, some feasible suggestions are put forward. The main results are as follows:(1)Based on the remote sensing image data of 2001,2009 and 2017 in the research area, the data of the three phases of land use were extracted and the changes of land use area, land use structure changes in 2001,2009 and 2017 were analyzed. In terms of quantity, the land use types in the study area mainly include cultivated land, forest land and construction land. From 2001 to 2017,the water and construction land all increased in varying degrees. The area of arable land, forest land and unutilized land decreased greatly.Structurally, cultivated land is mainly converted into forest land and construction land respectively, while construction land is mainly converted into cultivated land and forest land respectively, while water area is mainly converted into construction land, while forest land is mainly converted into construction land and cultivated land.(2)Based on the energy consumption data and the carbon emission coefficients of arable land, forest land, water area and unutilized land, direct and indirect carbon emissions from land use in the study area were estimated. From 2001 to 2017,the carbon emissions from 647,590.14 ton of tons increased to 2,165,863.25 ton.(3)The Markov model is used to predict the change of land use under natural development scenarios.According to the forecast of land use change, the land use carbon emission will increase from 2,165,863.25 ton to 2,403,505.59 tons by 2020,and the gray multi-objective programming model is proposed to be low optimization of carbon land use structure.(4)Based on the research, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in order to adjust the layout and structure of land use and promote low carbon land use technology.
