Evaluation Study Of Regional Construction Land Saving And Intensive Use In Guiyang City

The evaluation of construction land saving and intensive use in Guiyang,in order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of construction land in Guiyang, and exert the comprehensive benefit of land resources, rational utilization and optimum allocation of land.This article draws lessons from the theory achievement of domestic and overseas scholars,conbines the relevant evaluation criterion of land saving and intensive,collects the basic data of the social, economic and land use status of Guiyang,uses the relevant concepts and theories, through the field survey.In this paper, using qualitative and quantitative two kinds of methods from the point of view of saving and intensive, regarding construction land saving and intensive use in Guiyang as the guide to action,exploring the sustainable use of land in Guiyang.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) From the trend analysis on the dynamic change of land use structure:It shows that Guiyang city except for Yunyan, Nanming District, area of agricultural land in the remaining districts accounted for the proportion is large, which indicates that Guiyang as a whole is given priority to with agriculture;Yunyan district,Nanming district belong to the center of Guiyang, relative to other district covers an area of construction land is bigger. In 2010~2014 year, Guiyang agricultural land gradually reduce the proportion of each area, and increase the proportion of construction land, the construction land growth rate of baiyun district, huaxi district, wudang district, guanshanhu district is larger, it suggests that these four districts will be the future focus on the development of Guiyang, has a great potential for their development.(2) Comprehensive analysis the results of land use situation, dynamic change trend and spatial differentiation in Guiyang,to determine the overall level of construction land intensive is higher in Guiyang, however, the intensive level of construction land in Guiyang is not balanced, and the intensive level should be further improved.(3) In order to improve the guiyang city construction land intensive use level, the following countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward:Optimize the industrial structure, change the mode of land use, improve the efficiency of land use; develop an environment-friendly economy, improve the quality of economic development; To carry out land consolidation, improve the efficiency of land; To carry out land consolidation, improve the efficiency of land; By means of macroeconomic regulation and control, to intensive utilization and economic development are inseparable.
