With the development of Chinese economy,the real estate market is growing rapidly.In recent years,in order to maintain the long-term prosperity and stability of the real estate market,a series of real estate regulation policies have been introduced,and the real estate market in China is changing gradually,but the increasingly fierce competition pattern has not changed.In the fierce competition in the same industry,marketing has become a problem that real estate companies must face.Based on the basic theory of modern marketing,the paper uses literature research,field investigation and empirical analysis to diagnose the marketing of commercial housing in Huludao SanHe Real Estate Company,and analyzes the specific SanHe· Rui Zhou Xin Di Real Estate Project.The contents include:first,introduce the background and significance of the study,research contents and ideas,and discuss the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the current marketing strategy of SanHe· Rui Zhou Xin Di Real Estate Project,and finds out the main problems in the marketing of the company.At present,the SanHe· Rui Zhou Xin Di Real Estate Project adopt the traditional mass marketing system,such as product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,but lack of subdivision of product market demand,unscientific pricing method,lack of precision of channel selection,and lack of variety of promotion means.Thirdly,it analyzes the marketing environment of the SanHe· Rui Zhou Xin Di Real Estate Project.Based on PEST analysis,competitor analysis,market analysis and SWOT analysis,the internal and external environment of Huludao SanHe real estate companies is analyzed.Finally,we put forward the measures to improve the marketing strategy of the SanHe· Rui Zhou Xin Di Real Estate Project,and set up the safeguard measures,and put forward the guarantee measures to help the marketing strategy implement.Through this study,it will provide useful inspiration for Huludao SanHe real estate companies to better carry out marketing.In combination with the actual situation of SanHe· Rui Zhou Xin Di Real Estate Project,this paper puts forward a marketing model with the characteristics of this project,which can be a better reference and reference value for the project in the future marketing center.
