Today,with the growing standard of seed potato breeding and quality technology,the marketing risk of seed potato has become a bottleneck restricting the healthy development of seed potato industry.Inner Mongolia MINFPOTATO Co.,Ltd.is one of the largest modern agricultural enterprises in China,which integrates potato research and development,seed production,classification processing,logistics storage and promotion and sales.It has strong R & D and production capacity.In 2016,the company's sales market accounted for 50% of the region and outside the region,in which the major distributors were mainly outside the region,and the market share was relatively small in the area,and the market share was relatively small.In the face of fierce market competition,how to survive and divide a cup of beauty is to be faced with the enterprises with limited company size of Inner Mongolia MINFPOTATO Co.,Ltd..The biggest problem.Therefore,how to use the marketing strategy combination to analyze its advantages and disadvantages is the most realistic and urgent choice for the company.It is also an effective way to standardize the marketing management of enterprise seed potato,improve the marketing system of seed potato,strengthen the enterprise to avoid risk awareness,and help enterprises to get out of the dilemma.Based on the theory of marketing,this paper focuses on the current situation of the marketing of seed potato marketing in Inner Mongolia MINFPOTATO Co.,Ltd.,such as the strategy of marketing management,the value chain of marketing,the core competence,the technical advantage,the customer satisfaction and so on.Analysis and the industry environment,industry competitiveness and the internal environment of the company,it is concluded that Inner Mongolia MINFPOTATO Co.,Ltd.wants to have a strong trend in the target market.In addition to considering the external environment of the company,its own resources,and the competitors' competition,the products,prices,channels and promotional strategies should be adopted.A little.The flexible application of 4Ps marketing strategy combination will become a powerful weapon for the company to cope with the competitors,better occupy the target market,drive the company to achieve rapid and stable development,and promote the optimization and upgrading of the local potato industry,and promote the rapid growth of the local agricultural economy.This paper collects the first data materials of a large number of marketing combinations in the company.By means of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper makes a detailed summary analysis of the company's seed potato research and development scheme,promotion means,internal management strategy,human resource management scheme and so on,and extracts the company.Based on the 4Ps theory,the product,price,channel and promotion strategy of Inner Mongolia MINFPOTATO Co.,Ltd.are put forward based on the market segmentation of the company in the same industry.Finally,the marketing strategy combination of the company's seed potato marketing strategy is put forward.The safeguards of the application.
