Study On Supply Chain Collaborative Logistics Effectiveness In Condition Of Cross-border Electronic Commerce

China's cross-border e-commerce shows explosive growth in recent years,under the national strategy of “One Belt One Road” and “Internet Plus”,its purpose is to promote upgrad of open economy as well as transformation and upgrad of foreign trade.However,cross-border e-commerce logistics lagging has become major obstacle.A loose structure of cross-border e-commerce agents,much intermediate links,lack of coordination,leads to high logistics costs,overall low profit margins.Thus improving overall efficiency is inevitable choice.We first collect previous research of collaborative logistics,then give a comprehensive review and explain its necessity.To combine theory and practice closely,use a single chapter to discourse status of Chinese cross-border e-commerce,discoursed status of Ningbo cross-border e-commerce pilot.Then we build a cross-border supply chain collaborative logistics efficiency model.Inspired by previous studies,we introduced Synergetics as the theoretical basis and identified four order parameters: cross-border logistics service capabilities,cross-border logistics information sharing level,cross-border logistics resources optimal allocation capacity,cross-border logistics environment open level.Borrowed the design idea of Likert scale,and designed the questionnaire,then distribute them to Ningbo cross-border e-commerce pilot enterprises,obtained 76 valid questionnaires,then use structural equation model to test the reliability and validity,and come to the order.Empirical results show that they have different contributions to the efficiency of sullpy chain cross-border e-commerce,The cross-border logistics information sharing level has the greatest impact on cross-border E-commerce logistics efficiency,followed by cross-border logistics service capability,cross-border logistics environment opening level,and finally cross-border logistics resource optimal allocation capability.On this basis,we analyze impact of the observed variables of each order parameter,and then sort out some factors which have significant effect on cross-border e-commerce collaborative logistics.Finally,according to these factors,we propose the suggestions to promote cross-border e-commerce supply chain collaborative logistics.
