Research On Process Improvement Of Supply Chain And International Logistics

With the development of globalization and liberalization of international trade,market competition is becoming more and more fierce and the role of supply chain is becoming more and more important.Today,the competition is not only between enterprises and the advantage of the whole supply chain will benefit all enterprises in the system.It is particularly important for enterprises to enhance the overall competitiveness of supply chain.It should focus on the overall optimization of supply chain system and will maximize the overall revenue of supply chain.International logistics,which supports supply chain,was born with international trade.The cost and efficiency of international logistics impact on the competitiveness of supply chain.When the cost and efficiency of supply chain and international logistics has been optimized,the competitiveness of the supply chain will be promoted.If domestic enterprises want to gain a competitive advantage in the economic integration market,they need to optimize all the supply chain processes to lower the cost,improve the efficiency and promote the competitiveness.In this way,they will take an invincible position in the fierce market competition.In this paper,we start from the supply chain and logistics process.First,we discuss the importance and ways of supply chain optimization.Second,we summarize the lead time of supply chain and lead time improvement.Third,we analyze the international logistics cost and cost control.We take company LT as an example,point out the problem of supply chain management and international logistics and offer improvement proposal.On one hand,shortening vendor’s delivery term to improve the efficiency of supply chain.On the other hand,changing transportation method to lower the cost of international logistics to improve the total cost of supply chain system.Hope this paper bring some enlightenment to the enterprises with fast growing and offer some ideas for domestic enterprises enhancing competitiveness in the global competition.
