The Entertainment related industries,especially the video media area,increased rapidly recently,under the low climate of economic growth.The video media industry is becoming the hot topic in capital market because of its great profitable capability.The accurate corporate value evaluation of video media companies is critical to the success of current investment..The article,taking Hua.Brothers as the example,to analyze the corporate value for video media companies.What's more,the article also makes suggestions to video media companies and related regulators based on the industry characteristics and market analysis.The main contents of the article are divided into 4 parts.At first,the article represents the study background and purpose to write.Thereafter,it introduces the study methods and study frameworks.Secondly,through referring to the Literature Review of Chinese and Western countries,the article introduces the different value evaluation methods and studies the advantages and disadvantages of every method.In the third part,the article selects Hua.Brothers to evaluate its values through proper evaluation methods.Compared with the current market price of above companies.the article studies the reason of the difference.Thereafter,the article makes suggestions to video industry according to the risk and opportunity and other qualitative analysis.The conclusion are listed in three ways:(1)from investor perspective,the current price is reasonable and can invest considering Hua Brother's leadership status in the industry and its long-term goal.(2)the market will largely affect the evaluation of a company.The government should govern in different way.(3)Company should seize the capital and opportunity to enlarge its value.
