The Study On Enterprise Competence Evaluation Based On Comprehensive Evaluation Method Embodying Both Relative And Absolute Advantages

The capability is the source of enterprises' predominance in competition, which has been accepted widely. Along with the development and mature of the comprehensive evaluation theory, more and more researches was used to study the assessment of enterprise capability. The enterprise capability evaluation research based on comprehensive theory and methods on one hand can test the effectiveness of the methods, on the other hand through evaluation the enterprise could learn of the capability situation of itself and its competitors to be in a favorable position in the fierce competition, meanwhile, it also benefits for government in macroscopic readjustment and control.In view of the existing enterprise capability evaluation area of deficiency, this paper has made a thorough research which analyze the theory and methods relating to the enterprise capability evaluation problem systematically, and promoted the self-determination comprehensive evaluation method embodying both relative and absolute advantages. The main research work is as following:(1) Make a detail summary about enterprise capability theory and comprehensive evaluation theory.(2) On the basis of relevant theoretical research, in allusion to the existing insufficient that enterprise capability evaluation research concerns comparatively not comprehensive, this paper has made a systematic analysis about the concept of enterprise capability and consider that enterprise capability consist of the information resource capacity, the efficient capacity and the dynamic development capacity. So guided, constructed the enterprise capability evaluation index system of theoretical framework.(3) This paper promoted the self-determination comprehensive evaluation method embodying both relative and absolute advantages. This method reflects the characteristics of democracy, because evaluated object meanwhile is evaluation body in the evaluation process; it is more tally with the actual situation that define the relations between different evaluated objects by ordinal number; the hypothesis that the evaluation body enhance itself and potential cooperators advantage meanwhile weaken potential competitors advantage can reduce the resistance of compromise between different enterprises.(4) Evaluate the capability of 16 steel enterprises chose from China's top 500 enterprises with the methods put forward in this paper and analyze the evaluation results.
