As one of the troika driving economic development, export trade has always been an important pillar and driving force for the development of the national economy. However, after the international financial crisis, the sluggish global economic recovery and sluggish external demand have posed serious challenges to the development of China's export trade.Lack of demand side pull,we need to improve and enhance the supply side of the endogenous motivation,of which it is particularly important to adopt the latest information technology to transform the traditional export trade. As the most important part of information technology, the role of the Internet plays a decisive role in influencing and transforming traditional industries. Therefore,it is very necessary to study the impact of the Internet on China's export trade in order to find better ways to make full use of the positive impact and promotion of the Internet on the export trade. The literature on the impact of the Internet on export trade is numerous. The key to making breakthroughs based on the research of others lies in finding a new research perspective. This paper first reviews the theories related to international trade and the basic theories of Internet research. It also analyzes the field, role and current status of Internet applications in China's current export trade. After studying and discussing the theory and analyzing the actual application of Internet in China's export trade, this paper finds that the impact of bilateral bi-directional links on the growth of China's export trade is very significant. However, there are few articles from this perspective. This paper focuses on analyzing the role of the Internet in China's export trade from the perspective of the impact of bilateral bi-directional links on China's export trade.Based on the relevant theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper explores the direction and extent of the Internet's specific impact on China's export trade and proves that the growth of bilateral bi-directional links has played a very active role in the growth of China's export trade.Through the study and reference of other people's research results, this paper also adds a set of control variables. After empirical analysis, this paper finds that: the growth of US GDP has a significant impact on the growth of China's export trade;the growth of the U.S.gross domestic product's impact on the growth of China's export trade is higher than the impact of the bilateral bi-directional link growth on the growth rate of China's export trade. The growth rate of China's export trade will be affected by the growth of the previous period, and the growth rate of China's export trade has some inertia.Cross-border e-commerce platform is an important application of the current export trade Internet. The essence of cross-border e-commerce is to solve the problems of high transaction costs, unattended products and unregulated industries in international trade from the perspective of time and space with the power of the company. At the same time, the impact of the Internet on trade not only contributed to the growth of China's export trade, but also helped to bring about a follow-up of service trade. This paper argues that promoting the development of China's export trade Internet needs three directions: first, the government should speed up the construction of Internet basic resources and make use of e-government to promote the development of Internet and foreign trade.Secondly, enterprises should vigorously promote the construction of information and strive for more opportunities for foreign trade and pay attention to the training of Internet talents. Finally, industry organizations should build an information-and-resources-shared research platform.Domestic and international exchanges and cooperation should be continuing to be carried out and the global governance of the Internet should be actively participated.
