Research On Monitoring And Early Warning Of China's Macroeconomic Growth Quality Under The New Nomal

Under the new normal background,the focus and goal of China's macroeconomic growth and development are no longer the speed and quantity of economic growth in the traditional theory of economic growth.Whether it is the changes of the times under the historical evolution or the policy orientation of the new phase of social development,The quality of macro economic growth has become a new key word in the century-long economic development and tide changes.The quality of macroeconomic growth covers the initial conditions,the operation process,the derivative results and the evaluation of economic benefits.In the context of the new era,the quality of economic growth has become the refraction of the economic growth,social development,people's wellbeing and ecological environment in our country.Therefore,paying attention to the development,changes and trend movements of the quality of China's macroeconomic growth has full practical value and practical significance.Based on this research perspective,this paper constructs a monitoring and early warning system for the quality of macroeconomic growth in our country.On the one hand,it explores the theoretical framework and mechanism logic of macroeconomic quality monitoring and early warning.On the other hand,choose the appropriate method to monitor and early warning the changing behavior and development characteristics of the quality of China's macroeconomic growth under the new normal,At the same time,through the simulation and prediction,we can judge the prosperity or recession of the future macro-economic growth in our country.Using timely policies to embed and maintain the direction of economic operation and avoid the fluctuations and transitions in the quality of macroeconomic growth so as to enhance the new normalcy of our country's macroeconomic growth.The purpose of this paper is to propose a set of theories and methods to adapt to the quality monitoring and early warning system of macroeconomic growth in our country and to provide a reference economics paradigm for the construction of the national and regional economic growth monitoring and early warning system.
