Fund Subsidiary Special Asset Management Business Development Research

In recent years,financial regulatory agencies have issued a series of new policies to promote the development of asset management industry,allowing fund management companies to set up special subsidiary companies to carry out special asset management business.This has broadened the scope of the fund company's business and expanded the scope of the asset management business.The introduction of the new deal indicates that the independent situation has been gradually broken between the financial institutions in the field of asset management business and the degree of business contacts between the financial institutions.Fund management companies have responded positively to the establishment of subsidiaries by policies and achieved rapid development in a short period of time.However,the rapid development of the special asset management business of the fund subsidiary also exposes some industry risks and loopholes.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development and operation of asset management business of fund subsidiary.This paper takes the development of the asset management business as the research object,and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of the fund subsidiary in China through the development process,the existing problems,the specific case analysis and the empirical analysis of the assets management business of the fund subsidiary.The article is divided into six chapters.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research,the research methods,the research status at home and abroad,and the innovation and deficiency of the research.After that,the development of China's fund subsidiary is summarized,and the characteristics of the asset management business are summarized from the background,the development and change of asset management and the type of asset management business.Next is the analysis of the problems existing in the development of the information management business of the domestic fund subsidiaries,laying the foundation for the empirical research in this paper.Then,this paper further deepens the research.Through the combination of case and empirical analysis,this paper takes the development of XC Asset Management Co asset management business as a case,and makes an empirical analysis on the growth of its asset management business income and its influencing factors.Finally,the paper draws the conclusion and puts forward the feasible suggestions for future development of the fund subsidiary under the supervision of the new regulation.
