| In recent years,with the continuous increase in labor costs and raw material costs,companies are seeking steady development and higher profit margins,and have focused their attention on the supply chain management and optimization.By optimizing the management of the supply chain,the reduction of logistics and warehousing costs can be achieved,thereby reducing the operating costs of the supply chain and giving the company greater profitability.Without reducing the level of customer service,how to effectively control inventory,reduce inventory holding costs and improve inventory cash flow rate.By shortening the lead time of the supply chain to improve customer service levels and satisfying customers’ needs for rapid response,it is also an area where each company providing product and service must study with great concentration.For the food industry,how to manage inventory and shorten the supply chain lead time within an effective warranty period is a challenge and an opportunity for the same issue.This article mainly analyzes the food additive industry and uses Company A as a case model for research.Through the complete framework of Porter’s five-force model,it comprehensively analyzes and describes the competitive pressure of Company A in the market,and then sets the company’s supply chain performance goals and seeks for optimized solutions to increase the competitiveness of Company A.By analyzing the status of supply chain management of Company A,we investigated the situation of low inventory turnover rate,high inventory holding costs,and even frequent out-of-stock situations.We analyzed the modified starch product line and passed it on the modified starch product line.The starch type D products do quantitative data model analysis and study,and draw conclusions to shorten the supply chain lead time,and reduce inventory effectively by optimizing forecast management methods,optimizing ordering plans,shortening supply chain lead time,optimizing inventory management,so to lease the turnover pressure on stock funds,and achieve the goal of quickly responding to customer needs. |
