Since the concept of E-Commerce (EC) was brought in our country in 1990s,E-Commerce has developed quickly: Because of the grate outlook and immenseeconomic benefit of E-Commerce, the research of it has been carried out deeply andsystematically. The logistics is a big bottleneck for the development of E-Commerceand a key problem obstructing the development of E-Commerce nowadays. Aimingat it, the domestic scholars have done a great deal ofresearch and put forward manyup-to-date logistics thoughts.
