The Research On The Logistics Operating Mode Under The Perspective Of Cross-border E-commerce

Cross-border e-commerce from the cut-off to the rapid rise just a few years time.With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce logistics industry ushered the new opportunities and challenges,but the existing cross-border e-commerce logistics operation mode has a certain problem in the development of the new period.In view of this situation,this paper combines the actual development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce logistics,and current situation of China's logistics industry.This paper analyzes the development trend of cross-border e-commerce and the development trend of cross-border electronic logistics and the relationship between the two,and focusing on the existing mode of operation of the cross-border e-commerce logistics in-depth study,the author analyzes the mode of cross-border e-commerce logistics operation and its evolution direction,and combs the eight modes of operation of cross-border e-commerce logistics,This paper analyzes the problems and challenges of the existing mode of cross-border e-commerce logistics from the perspective of cross-border import e-commerce logistics and cross-border export e-commerce logistics operation mode.Analysis of the cross-border e-commerce industry and cross-border e-commerce logistics industry,such as the face of high transport costs,long transport time,low degree of information technology and difficult to return or exchange goods such as the substantive problems to be solved.In order to solve the corresponding problems,the author makes the default plan for the evolution of cross-border e-commerce logistics,First is construct the cross-border e-commerce reverse logistics model to solve the consumer return or exchange goods problems,Second is building cross-border e-commerce logistics "virtual" distribution model to enhance the transport timeliness and enhance the degree of information,Third is active construct the cross-border e-commerce logistics and financial services integration mechanism for the realization of cross-border e-commerce industry and cross-border e-commerce logistics industry's comprehensive development.Through the use of case analysis method,the paper analyzes the current logistics operation mode and the development trend of the "cross-border logistics enterprises" and "the delivery of the Quartet",and then demonstrates the presupposition of the evolution direction of the cross-border e-commerce logistics the rationality of the program.
