China Aviation Subcontract Competitiveness Analysis

Aviation Sub-contract is not only a momentous part of in China Aviation Industry,but also a key component of international business trade of China.How to improve China local competitiveness is a critical topic for us when we are facing such a fierce world.According to China current status of Aviation Sub-contract manufacturing,this paper analyzes the major factors of international competition of aviation sub-contract.Meanwhile,explained the meaning of Aviation Sub-contract competiveness and summarized both the factors and their impactions in this paper.In the paper established fuzzy comprehensive model based on the rough set theory and analysis hierarchy process.According to the evaluation results,this paper gives the advices and method to enhance China Aviation Sub-contract manufacturing competitiveness.The major factors,costs,performance and influence on China Aviation Sub-contract manufacturing level were analyzed,and a cost management method based on the relationship between cost and the complexes of technical was established in this paper.This paper provided a strategy of performance control and quality control management with the analysis of first article development and batch production.This paper provided a program management method with the request of employ lean production theory.This paper is the result of analyze China Aviation Sub-contract manufacturing competitiveness and offer few advises of enhance our current competitiveness.
