| Since 2003,the real estate industry in China has developed rapidly and become one of the most important industries to support the development of national economy.The housing and real estate industry developing healthily and sustainably benefits maintaining steady and rapid economic growth and meeting the basic housing needs of consumers.Moreover,it is beneficial to promote the development of service industry,increase local revenue and achieve all-round well-off society.With the real estate industry has matured in China,Various domestic investors have rushed into the real estate industry with the stimulus of generous investment profits.In addition,because of the shortage of land and nonfeasance of the local government,the competition between different developers is increasingly fierce.Many problems are being exposed in the real estate market,such as unreasonable housing structure,unbalance between supply and demand,inflated house prices,rising vacancy rate and serious property bubble.Therefore,the central government has issued a series of policies on real estate control,which has highlighted the determination of the central government to control the housing market with greater efforts,especially since 2011.The real estate enterprises can skillfully use marketing theory and method,to develop an appropriate marketing strategy has become the key factor determine the development of real estate enterprises.This study based on the D residential real estate project as the main research object,Used the literature,consulting and sorting out the related documents,to lay a theoretical for this article.Secondly,analyzed the marketing environment in the macroscopic and microcosmic way.Finally integrated used of STP analysis and SWOT analysis,to researched on the formulation and selection of marketing strategy for D residential real estate project.At the same time,researched the existing marketing strategy and made some advice for its.D real estate residential project is the first project of D real estate Company in Inner Mongolia,which has a vital significance for D real estate Company to exploit market in Inner Mongolia and gain the foothold in Hohhot.It is hoped that the research of this thesis can provide some theoretical guidance and practical reference for the flour marketing of D real estate Company. |
