Empirical Study On Scaled Rice Farmers’ Requirements Of The High Yield And Quality Technology

Rice is the staple food of our people. And what we pursuit of is the continue improving of rice production. Jiangxi is an agricultural province where rice production ranked second and rice yield ranked third in the country. Before the1980’s, in order to solve the food and clothing problem, people pay much attention to the rice yield during the rice breeding and production, and insufficient attention to the quality requirements. After the1980’s, people began to pay more attention to the development of high-quality rice production. In this article, the author intend to use the high-yield and high-quality agricultural technology as the object of study. By analyzing the data from Jiangxi Survey Corps, we predicted that financial constrains is the most worried about among the Scaled Rice Farmers. After empirical analysis, the above conclusions come true, that is, financial constrains plays an important role in considering the high-yield high-quality technology. Finally, based on the above findings, to explore the system and guide to further improve the promotion and application of high yield and quality technology. Also, specification and optimization farmers applied behavior, provide support and reference for the promotion of efficiency of rice production technology, theory and policy basis for the protection of national food security.
