On The Evaluation Of The Circulation Efficiency Of Fresh Aquatic Products And Its Influencing Factors

Fresh aquatic products are perishable.The accessibility of fresh aquatic products circulation system is directly related to the realization of output value of fresh aquatic industry.So it is of great significance.However,the current logistics of fresh aquatic products cannot meet the needs of the development of fresh aquatic economy,and it is not conducive to the realization of the goal of increasing farmers' income and poverty reduction either.At present,although the theory of aquatic products circulation system has already formed into a relatively mature,systematic and complete system,the theoretical and empirical research on fresh aquatic products circulation needs further development.This is not in conformity with the economic situation of fresh aquatic products as one of the important pillars of the aquatic products industry and the consumption demand of fresh aquatic products.On the basis of summarizing the existing research on fresh aquatic products circulation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the status quo and the main circulation modes of fresh aquatic products circulation at home and abroad.At present,there are four main circulation modes of fresh aquatic products in China,namely,the cooperative leading mode,the wholesaler leading mode,the chain supermarket leading mode and the E-commerce leading mode.Then,this paper analyses the influence factors on the circulation efficiency of fresh aquatic products in the existing literature,selects circulation channel length,infrastructure situation,degree of government intervention,level of information flow,specialization degree of the circulation as the main influencing factors,and further analyzes the relationship between these factors and the circulation efficiency of fresh aquatic products theoretically.Then,taking the circulation enterprises of fresh aquatic products in China as the research object,the DEA method is used to evaluate the circulation efficiency of fresh aquatic products in the above four modes of circulation in 18 provinces and cities in China with the data collected from survey,interview and Internet resources.It is found that:generally,the average circulation efficiency of fresh aquatic products in China is relatively low.Only the efficiency of supermarket leading mode in Tianjin is in a relatively high state,and the rest are inefficient.The efficiency of the wholesaler leading circulation mode efficiency is higher than that of the other three kinds of circulation modes.Finally,Combined with the analysis of the influencing factors of fresh aquatic products circulation efficiency,OLS regression analysis method is adopted in one element regression and multiple regression to verify the relationship between the circulation efficiency of fresh aquatic products and the six factors mentioned above.Result shows that:the results of one element regression and multiple regression are basically the same.Circulation length,government intervention degree and circulation informtization degree are positively related to fresh aquatic products circulation efficiency.Only the circulation length of fresh aquatic products in the central region is negatively correlated with the circulation efficiency.Therefore,measures can be taken to strengthen the positive government participation in the future,improve the level of information,promote the E-commerce of fresh aquatic products,support the chain supermarkets of fresh aquatic products and enhance the level of circulation specialization,ect.
