Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Cooperation In Poverty Alleviation In Songpan County, Sichuan Tibetan Region In Taizhou, Zhejiang Province

In the new era,we must do well in the work of East-West poverty alleviation cooperation;which is a necessary requirement for us to win the battle and win the battle of the first hundred years;which is to promote the coordinated development of regional harmonious development,and common development of grand strategy;which is to strengthen regional cooperation,optimize the industrial layout,expand internal and external opening up new space layout,which is to realize the actual help rich after,finally achieve common prosperity of the big moves;which is implementing the western development strategy,cultivate new economic growth point,expand the space of the strategic choice of economic development in our country;which is the implementation of mutually beneficial and win-win opening-up strategy,development of our country the important deployment pattern of all-round opening to the outside world;which is to strengthen national unity,maintaining the reunification of the motherland,the pressing requirement that ensure peace and stability of border areas.Facing the new situation and new changes proposed in the new era,we should take the problem as the orientation,analyze the existing problems in the work,and put forward the solutions and Suggestions in a timely manner.This paper takes the example from the counterpart of Taizhou city of Zhejiang Province in support of the poverty alleviation collaboration in Songpan County of Sichuan Tibetan District.Through the research of literature and a questionnaire survey,this paper examines the operation of the supportive policy for supporting poverty in Songpan County from the perspective of farmers and herdsmen and government grassroots officials and conducts in-depth research.Analyze the policy effects of poverty alleviation collaboration,the main problems in the work,and the key to solving the problems.Fully combining the theoretical knowledge of public management with financial transfer payment,new public service and so on,summarize and propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of poverty alleviation collaboration in a new era.This will be of great practical significance for the future promotion of Taizhou City's counterpart support for the poverty alleviation of Songpan County,giving full play to the complementary advantages between the two places,accelerating the pace of poverty alleviation in Songpan County and achieving common prosperity as soon as possible.At the same time,taking this as an example,this article can provide reference and reference for Zhejiang's counterpart support to Sichuan's Tibetan areas and the development of East-West poverty alleviation cooperation.I believe that the "poverty alleviation and cooperation between the East and the west",a unique socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the poverty alleviation mode that is full of "Chinese wisdom",will serve as a "China plan" to make a positive contribution to the world's solution to the poverty problem.Specifically,this study is carried out from the following five aspects:The first chapter first elaborated on the formation and development of Zhejiang province's counterpart support for the poverty alleviation cooperation in Sichuan Tibetan areas,and then summarizes the domestic and foreign related regional cooperation and cooperation between local governments and regional anti-poverty mode and regional assistance in literature,the thesis main contents,research methods and possible innovation.The second chapter,through the review of the current domestic financial transfer payments and new public services related theory,put forward the guiding significance of the East-West poverty alleviation cooperation.The third chapter,through the elaboration of Songpan County's poverty characteristics in Tibetan areas and its advantageous conditions for counterpart support in Taizhou,summarizes the taizhou counterpart support poverty alleviation and collaboration in the finest work goal,work path and obtain the basic results and experience;Through the form of questionnaire,we conducted an in-depth investigation on the farmers and herdsmen and the grassroots cadres of both sides,and evaluated the effect of taizhou city on the implementation of poverty alleviation and cooperation policy in songpan county.The fourth chapter,in-depth analysis of the current Taizhou city to support the Songpan County in the process of poverty alleviation and cooperation in the process of the main problems and the key to solve the problem.The fifth chapter,according to the current Taizhou City targeted aid Songpan county poverty alleviation collaboration in different aspects of existing problems,combined with the new situation and new changes of the new era,summarize and propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote Taizhou City counterpart support poverty alleviation cooperation in Songpan County in a new era.
