Research On Agricultural Industry Cooperation Paths In Mianyang City Based On The East-west Poverty Alleviation Cooperation

For a long time,the uneven economic growth in the eastern and western regions has caused a gap between the development of the two,especially as the economic growth continues to accelerate,this gap has a tendency to expand.With the rapid economic development of the eastern region and the continuous improvement of people's income,the western region is still in relative poverty,especially the large number of ethnic minority regions.In fact,The essence of the imbalance of regional economic development is the imbalance of industrial development.Therefore,under the guidance of the precision poverty reduction strategy,promoting industrial cooperation in the eastern and western regions is not only an important way to achieve economic coordination and sustainable development,but also an urgent need to resolve the economic development gap between the eastern and western regions of China.Mianyang City,as an participant that is helped in poverty alleviation cooperation between the eastern and western regions,is necessary to seize and take advantage of policy opportunities.It is not only necessary to simply undertake the eastern industry,but also to be able to innovate based on the actual conditions of economic development in the region.Utilizing the advantages of the region to promote the development of the agricultural industry and the agricultural competitiveness of this region.This article first analyzes and summarizes the relevant literatures on regional cooperation and agricultural industry cooperation at home and abroad,determining the relevant theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,it describes the basic situation of Mianyang City and Quzhou City,summarizes the current development status of the agricultural economy and their respective advantages,and summarizes the current status of cooperation between the two cities.Then,based on the actual situation of the cooperation between the two cities and the investigation,summarizing the main cooperation paths of the two cities,and selecting representative cases for further explanation,and analyzing the shortcomings of each path.The three paths are : one is the cooperation path extending of the industrial chain as the main body,and the selected case is the Beichuan Blueberry Poverty Alleviation Project,and it is found that the extension effect of the industrial chain is unknown,the links of the industrial chain are not tight,the product level is relatively single,and the added value is not high;the second is the path of jointly building an e-commerce platform.The selected case is the joint construction of an e-commerce platform project in Kecheng District,Quzhou City and Beichuan County.This path has the problems of imperfect infrastructure,incomplete online transaction security system and lack of professional staff;The third is toexpand the path of agricultural multi-functionality.The selected case is the tourism poverty alleviation project of 3A scenic spot in Yifo Village,Longan Town,Pingwu County.This path lacks characteristic tourism products and themed tourism brands,coupled with low comprehensive quality of practitioners,backward management philosophy,and weak market competitiveness of the industry.Finally,combined with domestic and foreign literature and experience of related industrial cooperation,the path optimization countermeasures are proposed,including improving the industrial chain,strengthening the cultivation of the main players on the industrial chain,improving the construction of service platforms,creating themed tourism brands and products strengthening government guidance and service functions,to promote the further development of the agricultural industry in Mianyang.
