FG Company's Qujiu Workshop Team Leader Training Program Design

Liquor is the external expression of Chinese national character and emotional spirit,and is an important way of Chinese expression.Under the influence of liquor quality safety accidents and severe punishment of liquor driving,government restrictions on three public consumption and eight regulations in late 2012,there is less demand for liquor in the market.At the same time,consumption and upgrading drive,liquor consumption demand to diversify,liquor companies face fierce market competition.For liquor enterprises,improving the output and quality of products,reducing the energy consumption of enterprises and becoming the primary task of increasing competitiveness of enterprises.The production of the group leader of the wine workshop is a very important human resource,which plays an important role in the production of enterprises.Therefore,it is an effective way to train the group leader in the liquor workshop.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study these new situations and new problems.This article focuses on Design of team leader training program of FG Company.It is guided by the hierarchy of needs theory,the adult studies theory and the career development theory,using multiple methods,e.g.literature research,questionnaire,interview,data analysis.Through systematic investigation and research,the intern training status and the problem of XL Chain Pharmacy was summarized.In this paper,the team leader training goal combined with the company's strategic goal,first of all,from the aspects of organization,personal three jobs and team leader,analyzes the training needs of team leader,and develop a system,scientific team leader training programs,Next to the organization,training system,training,curriculum design,the selection and training of lecturers five aspects in detail in this paper,the method of design,training effect evaluation method is put forward,finally from the FG company's actual condition,the paper puts forward the concrete measures for guaranteeing feasible training plan.Through the FG company workshop team leader training plan design research,Establish a set of perfect and effective team leader training programs,increase the productivity of the team,the desired training effect.And also offer reference for the other for the training of other type enterprise group leader.
