SME(Small and Micro Enterprises)have played an important role in the economic development,employment promotion and social stability in our country.Based on its own growth stage,indirect financing,mainly based on bank loans,is its main source of funds.However,due to the small operation scale,non-standard financial management,poor anti-risk ability and easy to exist moral hazard,etc.It is widely believed that the risk of small and micro credit business is very serious,so the banks are unwilling to intervene too much,which has caused the problem in financing of small and micro enterprises in China.In recent years,the state council and the governments at all levels attach great importance to the operation and development of small and micro enterprises.The CBRC has established the financial department of inclusive finance,and has vigorously guided large and medium-sized commercial Banks to set up the inclusive finance division to further enhance their professional service capabilities.Large commercial Banks occupy a dominant position in the financial system dominated by indirect financing channels in China,with the largest capital strength and the largest assets.But they are also in face of financial disintermediation,interest rate liberalization,competition and other challenges.In recent years,the large commercial Banks have responded positively to the call of the party central committee and the state council and the China banking regulatory commission,in view of the small micro enterprise production and operation,and the characteristics of the financing needs,continuous innovation,continuous optimization,successively introduced the different period,guarantee way and the use of big data,using online Internet channel active credit and the whole process to deal with a series of small micro enterprise own credit products.However,problems such as traditional credit management mode,decentralization of organizational structure and imperfect assessment mechanism still exist,resulting in the financing difficulty and slow financing of small and micro enterprises.To develop and improve small and micro credit businesses is not only the need of the national strategy,but also the necessary measures to meet the market challenges,expand new business growth points and realize the transformation of business strategy.This paper firstly introduces the classification standard of small and micro enterprises in China,and defines the definition of small and micro enterprises.Then this paper introduces the definition of large commercial Banks in our country,and the development of small micro credit business necessity and favorable conditions,it is concluded that Large commercial Banks developing small micro credit business is the need of national strategy,is to deal with large and medium-sized enterprises "disintermediation" credit structure adjustment,is also a response to the financial competition,the need of expanding customer base,at the same time maintain their network advantages,technological advantages,cost advantages and the advantage of risk management,and should have the ability to develop small micro credit business;Then it analyzes the operating characteristics,financing characteristics and financing status of small and micro enterprises,and then analyzes the development status of small and micro credit business of large commercial Banks in China.Then,by conducting questionnaire survey,summarized the existing problems in the development of small micro enterprise loan business at the present stage,and the existing problems of large commercial Banks related reasons for detailed analysis.Finally,through the analysis of the typical domestic and foreign Banks and its applicability on large Banks,From customers subdivision,agency,technology innovation,franchised supporting mechanism,marketing strategy,such as dimension,large commercial Banks in China should do a better job of small micro enterprise financial services provides a good way of thinking,as a result,China's large commercial Banks should from the strategic thinking,customer segmentation,conduits,credit and risk control in areas such as management,marketing mode,continuously improve the small micro credit business,in the current our country's economy under the new normal,through continuous innovation and efficiency,to ensure that the small credit business sustainable development.
