Poverty is one of the most prominent factors affecting social stability and long-ter m stability in xinjiang and one of the most important contradictions.Xinjiang southern xinjiang three prefectures is one of the main battlefields of China's new round of po verty alleviation.It is of great practical significance for xinjiang to achieve the genera l goal of social stability and long-term stability."Targeted poverty alleviation and targe ted poverty alleviation" is a great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.First of all,this paper describes the poverty problem in southern xinjiang,and su mmarizes the current poverty situation and causes of poverty in the three prefectures i n southern xinjiang.Through the establishment of evaluation index system of compreh ensive level,calculating weight,rank of 14 ground state in xinjiang,the results show that the economic development of southern xinjiang three ground state has been laggin g behind the level for many years,the economic situation is not optimistic.From 2011 countries put forward the precision of poverty alleviation policy in southern xinjiang effect of poverty alleviation,the text adopts the method of double difference and ten d to be matching method,through to the xinjiang in 2005-2016 panel data analysis,e stablishing the model of PSM-DID the evaluation precision of southern xinjiang thre e ground state poverty alleviation policy effect.Results show that the southern xinjian g,xinjiang three state through precise poverty alleviation policy,driven by poor peopl e's living standards improve,poverty population soared,precise poverty alleviation poli cy has positive significant role for the economic development of southern xinjiang.
