The Mechanism And Path Of The Impact Of Open Innovation On Corporate Performance

In increasingly enhanced technical complexity situation,international competition is increasingly fierce,the traditional closed innovation model limitations,and academia is more focused on looking for new patterns of innovation and reform,many enterprises choose to break the original boundary,choose open innovation thinking,through the application of external channels and innovation resources rapidly improve enterprise's own ability,to realize the enterprise performance.Longitudinal study this paper,by using single case,around the "case enterprise how to carry out the open innovation,open innovation coupling or not and how their performance," this question has carried on the study,by comparing the domestic open innovation,outbound open innovation and the function of the internal and external coupling type of open innovation,exploring the "open innovation,dynamic capabilities,and business performance of influence mechanism.The study found that,under the situation of open innovation,absorbing ability of dynamic capabilities is the basis of other abilities,introverted open innovation and enterprise dynamic capability to absorb the ability does not match to the positive role of enterprise performance will abate.And based on the interaction between the two sides,both inside and outside the coupling type of open innovation can respectively according to different forms according to different main body by improving the capacity of the four dimensions of dynamic capabilities respectively,relationships,and thus have a positive impact on enterprise performance.After in-depth investigation and analysis,the mechanism and theoretical framework of coupling open innovation and uncoupled open innovation to improve corporate performance are finally explored.Of technology-oriented enterprises and many traditional industry innovation strategic transformation,the integration of internal and external resources,realize the technological breakthrough,form core competitiveness and sustainable development of the unique advantages have the guiding significance of theory and practice.
