Performance appraisal is the strategic objectives in the company established under the guidance of using the index and standard data for data evaluation of staff performance,and performance evaluation results to make approval or punishment for the employees,to the daily work of staff to make directional guidance.The main function of performance appraisal is to reach the goal,to dig out the problem,to distribute the benefit,to promote the growth and to encourage the staff.Performance evaluation is an important part of the current performance management,which is the core of human resource management system.The focus of this paper is to study the performance evaluation China postal group Henan branch of middle managers.The research object is the post group Henan branch of middle management personnel and the purpose is to evaluate the performance of similar large state-owned enterprise strategic management and human resources to provide some experience.This paper is divided into five parts: in the background of this research and human resources performance evaluation research significance as the research starting point,related theory of human resources,based on the theory of performance appraisal of middle managers,based on the analysis of the existing postal group Henan branch middle management company assessment,incentive problems,we put forward the evaluation scheme of middle management personnel in accordance with the actual situation of Henan branch of the postal group.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,the research status at home and abroad,the research content,methods and technical route.The second part introduces the theoretical basis of performance appraisal of middle-level managers,including the basic theory of performance appraisal and the methods of performance appraisal.The third part analyzes the present situation and problems of the performance appraisal of Henan branch of the postal group.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the performance evaluation of Henan branch of the postal group,the fourth part mainly introduces how to construct the evaluation system which is suitable for the performance appraisal of Henan branch of the postal group.The fifth part expounds the safeguard measuresof the performance appraisal system of Henan branch.The sixth part summarizes the full text and looks into the future.
