Fruit and vegetable product quality and safety is not only relation with people's life safety and health,also is a matter of national economic development and social stability,has become a social focus on government attaches great importance to,and attracted worldwide attention hot spot.However,a variety of fruits and vegetables product harm crisis event triggered the consumers of fruit and vegetable product quality and safety concerns,seriously affected the general consumer's life safety and health,caused the crisis of confidence of consumers,and the key to fruit and vegetable quality and safety control link is the source of the production process,farmers is the production of important stakeholders,in the fruit and vegetable production of the first link in the chain,is the source of fruit and vegetable quality and safety control.So you need to fully understand the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable farmers applying pesticide control behavior,to better promote the biological pesticide,to ensure the quality of fruit and vegetable safety,protection of consumers' health and ecological environment,promote the sustainable development of the fruit and vegetable industry.Thus,in this paper based on the status quo of China's agricultural production and operation management,based on the theory of planned behavior,build quality and safety of fruit and vegetable farmers applying pesticide control behavior influence mechanism research model,discusses influence the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable farmers applying pesticide control behavior,the important factors to effectively regulate the behavior of pesticide of fruit and vegetable farmers to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference.From fruit and vegetable farmers perspective,this study explores the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable farmers applying pesticide behaviorand control behavior of deep relations,and promote the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable farmers conduct quantitative and modeling research.Through the psychological behavior characteristics and the external environment variables,the fruit and vegetable farmers in the process of applying pesticide,quality and safety control attitude,quality and safety control of subjective norms,quality and safety control to the relations between cognitive behavior were discussed,based on the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable farmers applying pesticide control behavior analysis framework,thus the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable farmers to make effective incentive and constraint control behavior management strategy to provide theoretical support.Taking fruit and vegetable farmers in Guangzhou city,Guangdong province as the research object,239 effective samples were collected through the questionnaire survey,and Spss and smartPLS software were used for the empirical test.The results show that the quality and safety control attitude,quality and safety control of subjective beliefs,quality and safety control quality of fruit and vegetable farmers administer cognitive behavioral safety control behavior has a significant positive effect.Based on theoretical and empirical studies,this paper puts forward that based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research results of this study,the following enlightenment:(1)based on the quality and safety control of attitude,to improve the quality of fruit and vegetable farmers applying pesticide safety control behavior significance and value.(2)based on the subjective belief of quality and safety control,a positive atmosphere of public opinion will be formed.(3)strengthen policy guidance and publicity,and change the cognitive ability of fruit and vegetable farmers.(4)to establish an incentive mechanism to control the safety of drug application.(5)strengthen farmers' awareness of quality and safety control.(6)through government policy guidance,financial assistance and safety technology measures,we will increase the quality and safety control ability of cooperatives or large production bases that can manage farmers uniformly.(7)further improve the supervision and management mechanism of quality and safety control and improve the safety degree of pesticide application.
