Innovation Driving Factors Of Specialized Tea-growing Area To Be Insertembeded Into Global Value Chain

With the deepening of the economic globalization,the international division of advantageous agriculture has gone from the inter industry to the intra-industry and the global value chain division within the product.Furthermore,part of the local agricultural industry cluster has been embedded into the global value chain as part of the world economy.Embedding in the global value chain is an important way for enterprises to participate in international competition,and also an effective way for enterprises to upgrade and improve their competitiveness.At present,the study of enterprise innovation and its competitiveness has been a hot research topic in the field of economics and management.But there is few research focused on the study of enterprises innovation based on the perspective of global value chain.Especially,few studies on innovation driving factors of specialized tea area to insert into global value chain have been done.Under the economic globalization background,the enterprise not only should take the global value chain planning to promote innovation,but need to seek the broad market and enhance competitiveness in virtue of innovation.This paper takes the professional tea area of Anxi county as study area,constructs the evaluation index system of tea enterprise innovation ability,and uses two methods of principal component analysis and Logistic regression analysis methods to obtain the major innovation driving factors embedded global value chain.The result are as follows:(1)The main factors affecting the tea enterprise innovation ability can be divided into internal factors and external environmental factors.For the tea enterprises of Anxi County,the main influencing factors of innovation ability lie in their own internal capital and innovation investment.(2)Tea enterprises' innovation evaluation capability indexes in the number of technical consultation,the number of outside cooperated experts,technical staff number with more than 5 years,annual R&D investment,the number of R&D projects carried out during the recent three years,the total number of patents in the last 3 years,the number of external experts with senior titles,the number of scientific and technical personnel have a greater impact on the innovation capability of tea enterprises in Anxi county.But the professional education and training courses and research institutions is relatively small.Therefore,the role of internal resources and innovation inputs of enterprises in promoting innovation capability of enterprises is more important than that of external innovation environment.(3)As for the elements of internal innovation,the annual R&D investment,the number of the research and development projects in recent three years,and the number of outside cooperated experts have significant effects on enterprises to join the trans-provincial or global value chain.Moreover,the annual R&D investment and the number of the research and development projects have the positive influence,but the number of outside cooperated experts is negatively correlated with it.Based on the above conclusions,the main approaches and countermeasures to enhance the innovation capability of tea enterprises(clusters)in the tea industry under the global value chain are proposed.Firstly,supporting and guiding tea enterprises to embed in the global value chain,constructing specially tea enterprise information platform,providing shared data and a full range of professional services for enterprises should be strengthened.The establishment of overseas tea processing,assembly base and marketing center should be funded.Secondly,the local government should be committed to reform the innovative fund financing,strength application and subsidy system of tea industry,set special science fund of tea enterprises innovation,enlarge technology transformation and industrialization projects,and broaden the financing channels of tea enterprises innovation.Thirdly,a great help for innovative talents' introducing and training of tea enterprises,improving talent introduction policy,establishing innovative talents protection mechanism and innovative talents reward mechanism are worth doing.Finally,the matter in encouraging tea enterprises to carry out intelligent production innovation,guiding intelligent production of tea products,actively promoting diversification of tea products,and promoting the diversification of tea products value should be focused on.
