With the increasingly fierce competition in the supply chain market, increasing uncertainty in market demand,it asked the supply chain members rapidly response to the market. At the same time, due to the asymmetry of information and the inconsistent interests of various supply chain members,it is necessary to coordinate the needs of all the supply chain members and improve the efficiency of the overall supply chain. In this paper,we study the interdependent order allocation problem in the many-to-many supply chain. The demands from the demanders are interdependent orders. We also consider the ability constraints of the suppliers and different order issues(such as the execution time, the capacity and the execution cost),with which complicated conflicts resolution should be addressed. We provide the mathematical formulation for the negotiation based interdependent order allocation problem.A two-stage negotiation protocol which integrates the bidding negotiation and the argumentation-based negotiation is developed to implement the order allocation process.Different negotiation strategies are explored for the negotiation partners to realize their goals under various situations. An automated negotiation approach is adopted to construct the simulation environment of negotiation. The experiment results show that the order allocation can be resolved through the negotiation under different supply chain contexts. After comparing different negotiation strategies,we find that strategy choosing is essential for the conflict resolution and the performance of negotiation.
