Research On The Mechanism And Path Of Producer Service Industry Supporting For The Strategic Emerging Industry

As a priority to the development of current and future industry in our country,strategic emerging industries' importance is self-evident.And as one of the various intermediate input for the production process of industry,producer service industries are very important for supporting and relating to the strategic emerging industries.The research on the development of the producer service industry and the development mechanism and path that supporting on strategic emerging industries through intermediate input is necessary,what's more,the research has important guiding significance to speed up the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries.This article will start from the porter's industry competitive advantage theory which emphasize the key elements,compare to the different countries'(even the developed country)support mechanisms from the producer service industry to the strategic industry,and then find the association rule to contrast the present situation and the supporting effect of these two industries in our country.And then,discuss if there really exist supporting mechanism between these two industries,and how wide the gap between our country to the average level of the world and the developed countries.Finally,with the particularity of strategic emerging industries,I assume three path that how the producer service support the strategic emerging industries and test them by empirical model.And the last,upon all of the above-mentioned,providing theoretical basis for policy recommendations.In this paper,on the basis of the competitive advantage of nations theory and relevance theory,from the related and supporting industries and three associated mechanism,using 17 years data of 33 countries out of the national input-output table,I had divided these countries' data into 5 stages of industrialization to analysis the gap between different countries,and what's more,to example the American,Japan,Germany to analysis the gap between our country to the developed countries.Then,using empirical model to find how the producer service industries support strategic emerging industries.And according to the results of theoretical and empirical analysis of correlation mechanism,support path of theoretical and empirical analysis,I put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.The main conclusion is:(1)by relevance consume,construction share and spread actuate,there exist correlative mechanism between producer service industry and strategic emerging industry.(2)The strength of support for strategic emerging industries in our country is not enough.On the one hand,the lack of producer service industry own development result in that the middle input of strategic emerging industries is not enough,on the other hand its low demand induction degree lead to its power shortage that driven by other industries.(3)The producer services industries can reduce market risk and control the cost to promote the development of strategic emerging industries.Therefore,we should increase the absolute and relative investment of producer services industries in the strategic emerging industries,and implement different industry policy according to the different fractionize industries.
