Research On The Contribution Of The Integrated Transport Channel Construction In The Upper And Middle Yangtze River To The Economic Development Of River Basin

The Yangtze River is a link between "The Belt and Road",the Yangtze River basin economy accounts for more than 40% of the total national economy.In recent years,traffic infrastructure construction has achieved outstanding achievement in the Yangtze River Basin.The scale of the road network continues to expand,and the structural layout of the road network is continuously improved.The technology level of traffic is significantly improved.The transport capacity is substantially increased.On the basis of the Yangtze golden waterway,the integrated transport channel of water,railways,highways,civil aviation and pipeline is initially formed.The integrated transport channel of the Yangtze River Basin plays an important role in the process of economic development of the basin.As an important passenger and freight transport channel,its healthy development can provide strong support and guarantee for economic and social development in great extent,produce huge economic benefits and social benefits,and have a decisive role in national defense and national strategic..In the development strategy of "The Belt and Road" under the new background,integrated transport channel in Yangtze River Basin plays a different role in the national defense and the national strategic level,so to examine and study the construction of integrated transport channel basin economic development contribution is necessary.This paper is based on the upper and middle Yangtze River basin as the research object,and studies the contribution of integrated transport channel construction to the economic development of the river basin.On the basis of referring to the existing domestic and foreign literatures,this paper collects the data of the integrated transport channel construction and the economic development of the river basin,analyzes the correlation between them and comes to the conclusion that economic development has a very obvious positive correlation not only with the current investment of the integrated transport channel construction,but also with the previous investment.Qualitative analysis on the contribution of the construction of integrated transport corridor in the upper and middle Yangtze River to the economic development of the Yangtze River Basin from the aspects of promotes growth of the basin economic gross,promotes the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure in the basin,pulls the employment,and realizes the effective allocation and combination of the basin resources.Using the C-D production function model,Solow model and vector autoregressive model,combined with the specific aspects of qualitative analysis the construction of the upper and middle Yangtze River,calculates the contribution of the construction of integrated transport channel in the upper and middle Yangtze River to the economic development of the basin.The research results show that the contribution rate of the construction of integrated transport channel to the upper and middle Yangtze River is 16.8%,and it is conducive to promote the national economy to the second industry and the third industry,especially to the third industrial transfer,promote the adjustment of industrial structure,promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
