Since the 21st century,the electronic manufacturing industry has changed quickly under the economic globalization.However,the environmental problems caused by the elimination of a large number of electronic products and the public events caused by the lack of corporate social responsibility have generated serious obstacles to the development of the electronic manufacturing supply chain.With the increasing prominence of environmental pollution and social problems,the sustainable model of supply chain management has become the consensus for the modern enterprises,and sustainable supplier selection becomes an essential part of sustainable supply chain management?SSCM?.Based on the triple bottom line?TBL?and sustainable development theory,this paper analyzes the problems in the development of electronic manufacturing enterprises and argues that the choice of sustainable supplier should take into account the harmonious balance between economic,environmental,and social factors.In this paper,we proposed a sustainable supplier selection model based on TBL theory firstly.6 primary indicators and 18 secondary indictors are selected as the qualitative measures,and the ANP method is used to effectively solve the feedback relationship between indicators.Then,with the combines of fuzzy semantic evaluation and TOPSIS method,the priority ranking of the sustainable suppliers can be obtained.We found that the results obtained through the FTOPSIS method can only measure the relative advantages and disadvantages of each alternatives with the lack of decision makers expectations on the indicators.Based on this reason,a two-stage selection model of sustainable supplier is proposed.In the first stage,the PROMETHEE II method is used for preliminary screening by calculating the priority level of each indicator in each alternative,which can eliminate the inferior alternatives and reserve the better.In the second stage,the liner utility theory is introduced to define the objective functions and expectations level of each indicators.And the model of sustainable supplier selection is constructed by combining the MCGP method which can be solved by LINGO software.Through the two-stage model of sustainable suppler selection,it can not only express the expectations of decision makers on the performance of each dimension,but also can reduce the complexity of supplier selection through the screening mechanism.Based on the above study of sustainable supplier selection model,the main content of this paper is analyzed the key problems in electronics manufacturing suppliers under the background of SSCM and discussed how to choose the sustainable supplier in fuzzy environment.According to supplier performance in terms of economic,environmental and social indicators of diversity and considering the different preference structure of decision makers,this paper puts forward two kinds of demand scenarios of sustainable supplier selection model.And through the case analysis,multi-criteria decision-making method and multi-objective programming method are applied for the inspection to prove the rationality and scientific of model construction.From the theory and practice,this paper has explored the research on the selection model of the sustainable supplier of electronic manufacturing.
