Based On Supply Chain Management Of Supplier Selection Research

With the arrival of the era of economic globalization, supply chain as a network which iscomposed by raw material suppliers, products manufacturers, distributors, retailers and theend user is being developed. And the concept of supply chain management had alsorecognized and used by people. Upstream suppliers as the starting point of the whole supplychain has great influence to the operation level of the whole supply chain. In order toimprove the efficiency of management and service level, and to enhance the overallcompetitiveness of the supply chain, we need to choose appropriate suppliers. And then put itinto the supply chain, sharing the Interest and sharing the risk. This paper summarizes relatedin the basis of the study, and then construct a supplier evaluation index system. Mean whilecombine with AHP and the method of entropy to calculate each index’s proportion. And thenusing the improved TOPSIS method to establish the evaluation choice model, in themeantime, this paper gives the specific steps and the application process of choosingsuppliers. In addition, this article also through the car company case analysis to expound themethod which this article suggested is feasibility and effectiveness.
