Study On Environmental Risk Source Analysis And Management Strategy Of Regional Key Industry

In recent years,with the gradual opening of China's economic policy and the great development opportunities of industrial production,the environmental problems have become more and more important.The development of regional governments and related enterprises and the life needs of the public have a very urgent need to assess the environmental risk factors.It is of great significance to carry out the research on environmental risk assessment,to provide the basis for the establishment of reasonable and feasible prevention and mitigation measures for the government and relevant management institutions and the owners of the risk sources,and to provide support for effective theoretical practice and administrative management for the effective treatment of risk problems.This paper introduces the concept of risk,environmental risk,environmental risk material and environmental risk assessment in detail,and introduces the theory of risk management and risk assessment of emergency environmental events.Based on relevant theoretical basis,this paper further studies the risk assessment methods suitable for our regional key industries.Based on the comparative study of four kinds of risk assessment methods at home and abroad,it is found that the evaluation method of European and American countries is not strong in China,and the environmental assessment level of China's guide is low.Analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and the risk index method of evaluation method,comprehensive evaluation level is fine,after adjusting for optimization can be used for regional environmental risk assessment in our country.According to the characteristics of the risk sources of regional key industries and several types of regional key risk sources industrial enterprises,the analytic hierarchy process and the risk factor method are selected as the risk assessment methods for the regional key industries.In the case of Shenzhen Pingshan,using the analytic hierarchy process and the risk index to assess the environmental risk levels of 100 industrial enterprises,the assessment of the risk of environmental risk and risk factors for the environmental risk factors in Shenzhen Pingshan range is high risk,but the overall risk management level of environmental risk is higher in the environment.As a result,the environmental risk prevention strategy for Shenzhen Pingshan isto reduce the risk of internal environmental exposure and to reduce the risk of external environment.Most of the businesses in Shenzhen Pingshan are at a general risk level,and a corporation is called the shenzhen yangjiang hardware electronics limited,which is in a larger environmental risk level.In the six streets of Pingshan district,the number of enterprises in the Pingshan street and Kengzi street in general environment risk level is relatively large,and should focus on strengthening management.The strategy and management suggestions for environmental risk prevention and control of key industries in Pingshan district should start from the following aspects: first,innovate the government management mode;second,standardize the internal management of enterprises;third,strengthen the emergency capacity building;fourth,improve the environmental emergency science and technology support system.
