Under the background of major changes such as Dazhi Yunyun,labor intergenerational replacement,Internet technology maturity,data mining,and knowledge economy,how to achieve strategic goals and achieve long-term development of the organization is a matter of great concern to every enterprise.problem.Knowledge workers are the main force of this era organization.They have a high level of knowledge and work skills and more creativity.They can stimulate and enhance the motivation of knowledge workers,which can make them more passionate and create high performance.To achieve self-worth,from the "complete dependence" of employees and organizations to "cooperation and win-win",at the same time,it can make the management of enterprises and enterprises more effective,which is conducive to the realization of organizational strategic goals.From the perspective of national stations,China's development can be made more rapid,and its comprehensive strength is more prosperous,which will help realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at an early date.At this time,the study of the work motivation structure of knowledge workers in the transition period is very urgent.And important.First of all,this paper reads a lot of academic data on domestic and international research work motivation and scale development,draws on the ideas,methods and steps of relevant literature questionnaires,and combines in-depth interviews,expert consultation and other practices to preliminarily prepare pre-tests for knowledge workers' motivation in the transition period.Questionnaire.The deductive pre-test questionnaire is used as a sample for descriptive analysis and exploratory factor analysis to eliminate redundant and less-recognized items until the reliability and validity are high,the internal consistency is good,and the data is ideal,forming the knowledge of the transition period.Formal questionnaire for the work motivation structure of employees.Based on the formal questionnaire,the experts will guide the revision and re-measure the sample.The samples were randomly divided into two equal samples.The sample 1was tested for its reliability and validity by exploratory factor analysis.The sample 2 was tested by the confirmatory factor analysis for the work motivation structure model.The results showed the fitness of the eight-factor structural model of work motivation.More ideal.This paper analyzes the relationship between work motivation structure and personal characteristic variables in the transition period,and explores the weights of the eight factors of knowledge workers' motivation structure in the transition period: affirmation >material reward > work itself > hobbies > achievement achievement > growth beyond >prosocial motivation > Honor face.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of the work motivation structure of knowledge workers in the transition period,combined with the relationship between work motivation structure and different personal characteristic variables,the incentive system adjustment strategy is proposed from the perspectives of behavioral economics and human resource management: creating inspiring Work environment,provide reasonable remuneration package,set up good training and promotion space,combine necessary work and hobbies to implement necessary participation management,and strengthen positive non-material incentives.
