Equipment manufacturing industry is a pillar industry in China.It can provide modern equipment for the national economy development,the major projects and the defense industry construction.It plays an important role in the development of national economy of our country.Due to the deep influence of the global climate change and the economic globalization,the traditional development path of equipment manufacturing industry in various countries is no longer adapting to the changing circumstances,the transformation is imperative.The equipment manufacturing industry of Hebei province is also in a dilemma.The concept of the green development is incorporated into the national development strategy for the first time in the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee.So the importance of the ecological development in China's economic development is evident.Advocating the concept of low-carbon development of the equipment manufacturing industry is very significant.On the one hand,it can meet the intrinsic requirements of the industry structure adjustment and the developmental mode transformation,also it can provide the high value-added products that are energy-saving and intelligent by means of providing energy-saving equipment.It will provide the important security to the all walks of life to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction.Therefore,under the perspective of emission reduction,this article consider improving existing environmental impact conditions,and make further development of equipment manufacturing industry through transformation.Firstly,combing the relevant literature of the transformation path,cluster development,innovation,development of low carbon of the equipment manufacturing industry,and analyzing the current development situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province.Then,setting up the model of SSM to evaluate the industrial structure and competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province objectively,and analyzing the consumption status of energy consumption of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province.Therefore,it is necessary to make the transformation development from the perspective of emission reduction.Secondly,select the factors that have an influence on the transformation development of equipment manufacturing industry,set up the vector auto regressive model,using the method of impulse response and variance decomposition,make a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the inputs to the promotion of the green benefit value of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province,to explore the short-term choice and the long-term choice of the key factors affecting the transformation development.Thirdly,based on the threshold effect,make further research on the path of the transformation and development of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province from the perspective of emission reduction.The factor that make a big difference to the green benefit value of the equipment manufacturing industry in the transformation development is input as the threshold variable,establish the panel threshold regression model,testing whether there is a significant threshold effect of the scale of the inputs in the transformation development,and determine the threshold ranges,in order to reach the optimal investment scale.Finally,combain the key influence factor to the transformation development of Hebei province under the perspective of carbon emission and the results of the threshold effect of this key element in the transformation,put forward the suggestions and countermeasures of the transformation path of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province based on the perspective of carbon emission.
