Research On The Relationship Among Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy,Goals Difficulty Setting And New Venture Performance

In recent years,the state of entrepreneurship to give a high degree of attention,is not only to help in the economy,but also on the policy support,in such circumstances,China's entrepreneurial boom is in constant rise.However,entrepreneurship is a risky action,it will be affected by various factors,not only the market environment will produce heavy role to the success of entrepreneurship,and the very nature of the entrepreneur on entrepreneurial success.Current research has proved that entrepreneurial self-efficacy will impact on business performance,but how the specific impact did not study proves that the difficulty of this research from the target setting and adjusting orientation theory,this paper put forward and test the relevant intermediary and regulating mechanism,which will focus on validation in entrepreneurial self-efficacy and startup performance between the intermediary variable,namely goal difficulty,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and goal difficulty and validation control variables,namely adjusting orientation,deepening the theory of entrepreneurial self-efficacy influences the performance of startup logic,to guide and inspire entrepreneurial practice.Based on the theory of goal setting and adjusting orientation theory,business in beijing-tianjin-hebei,and guangdong province 274 people crowd the research object,on the questionnaire data structure equation model analysis,the results show that the entrepreneurial self-efficacy will have a positive impact on startup performance,goal difficulty will plays a role of intermediary between the two variables.Moreover,the higher the orientation score,the stronger the positive relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and target difficulty,and the relationship between the self-efficacy of entrepreneurship and the difficulty of target is adjusted.The significance of this study was,first of all,by constructing entrepreneurial self-efficacy,goal difficulty,the connection between the start-up performance,clearly illustrates the entrepreneurial self-efficacy impact on startup performance process.In addition,by applying the regulation orientation theory in the field of entrepreneurship,this paper provides evidence for the role of regulation orientation in the process of entrepreneurship.Second,from the perspective of the practical significance of this study will guide entrepreneurs to increase self-efficacy,reasonable setting growth targets,and actively to adjust the directional behavior,thus providing beneficial to improve startup performance.
