Study On Evalution Of Financing Performance For B International Health City Project

With the development of the economy,the income level of the residents has been steadily improved,and the health awareness of the public is gradually increasing,so the consequent health industry has become the blue ocean of investment.There are domestic projects such as Jiangbei International Health City,Asia-Pacific International Health City,Jiazhou International Health City and Yanda International Health City.Similarly,in foreign countries,they also have Dubai Health City,Tokyo Midtown,Singapore novia health city.The health industry at home and abroad is rising as wildly,and the level of development of the health industry in different regions is not the same.The focus of work is also different.Foreign countries have already studied how to improve the health industry's profitability,however,domestic research is limited to the preliminary construction of the health industry.As a feature of the health industry,although the number of international health city projects is increasing day by day,research on the health city projects is limited to the health industry and other fields,and there are few research on funds.This article takes B International Health City project as the research object and evaluates the project's financing performance.Firstly,based on field research and original data collection of B international health city,this paper studies the planning,current development and related supporting policies of B international health city project.Secondly,this paper used the Balanced Scorecard research method,and designed the four dimensions of the indicators used to study the performance evaluation of the B international health city project.Thirdly,the data obtained will be brought into the corresponding indicators to evaluate the health performance of B Health City project.Fourthly,according to the evaluation results,this paper is based on the theory of optimal order of financing,the theory of information asymmetry and the theory of life cycle,and carries out the analysis of the influencing factors of the result of the index evaluation.And using the game theory to focus on the financial dimension of the financial structure indicators.Finally,study the results based on performance evaluation and factor analysis,this paper put forward some suggestions to improve B International Healthy City's financing performance from the aspects of policy support,talent training,widening financing channels,changing ideas and refining budget.
