Nowadays,people's quality of life is gradually improving,and more and more people are beginning to pay attention to the advance prevention of their own health.The thinking of medical and health in the new era is gradually changing from "seeking a doctor" to "health management",which is also driving the health industry rapidly Development,the market potential is huge.In this context,people's growing demand for health management has promoted the vigorous development of the health examination and medical industry.However,as an emerging industry,the strategic performance evaluation methods of large health-related companies are still in the exploratory stage,the level is still relatively backward,and the relevant research is insufficient.At present,most companies still use the methods that only focus on financial performance as the main content in many traditional industries for performance appraisal,which makes it difficult for company management performance to fit well with the company's development strategy,and affects the healthy and stable development of the company.In the survey of health check-up companies,it is found that many companies in the same industry also lack a strategic performance evaluation system that is compatible with the development of the company in the new era.Most companies equate performance evaluation with corporate management evaluation and employee task evaluation in performance management.This kind of evaluation method is very superficial and fails to integrate the development strategy of the enterprise with performance management,and lacks the consistency of performance management and strategic objectives.This article takes the representative company of the health field Health-100 as the research object,and takes the balanced scorecard theory and the strategic performance evaluation theory as the theoretical basis to analyze and research the strategic performance evaluation plan of Health-100.First of all,it conducts in-depth research on the status quo of the company's strategic performance evaluation,so as to sort out the problems such as the disconnection between the company's strategic performance evaluation system and the company's development strategy,the unreasonable design of strategic performance evaluation indicators,and the lack of a feedback mechanism for evaluation results.Starting from the characteristics of the industry in which Health-100 is located,the company's strategic performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard is established,and then the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indicator of strategic performance,and finally the company's strategy is completed.Performance evaluation.Finally,by improving the existing strategic performance evaluation system of Health-100,adding the theory of balanced scorecards,a set of innovative strategic performance evaluation programs have been formed.The new performance management solution solves the problems of inefficiency of strategic performance evaluation methods and low level of company management.It also provides new management theoretical support and practical guidance for other companies in the same industry.
