The Construction Of The Planning Management System Under The Contract Farming Model

With the advancement of national agricultural reform and development,Modernization of enterprise management in agriculture has become the inevitable trend of development of agricultural industrial upgrading and transformation,supply chain management as the product of post-industrial era,has developed a set of mature management system,from the establishment of requirements to management of production plan,then to delivery of finished product,has a whole mature management system.Under the background of agricultural informatization,the plan management system in combination with traditional agricultural management is undoubtedly improved the efficiency of the agricultural company,effective way to improve the efficiency of agriculture;Plan management system in management of agricultural projects of large-scale,batch production,there are natural advantages,helped to achieve intensive of agriculture production,to reduce the cost of agricultural production and green management requirements of sustainable development,is the way to improve the agricultural industry management level.In this paper,we studied the H company is located in the major agricultural province,in center of agricultural development,for the development of the whole agricultural industry,the direction of the development of agricultural enterprises is faced with several direction:1.Land intensive,large-scale operation way;2.The facility agriculture is development fast;3.The development of agricultural informatization accelerate4.The government’s policy to strengthen the support for agricultural enterprises.In this paper,in-depth research of the H company’s operation and management mode,the characteristics of agricultural production itself,H company’s own management status and summarized the experience of the three previous company management,combined with foreign advanced supply chain management thinking.Plan management system from the infrastructure and the establishment of environmental parameters,the basis of essential preparation plan management system file,and then under the principle of plan,a detailed description from sales and operations planning,the main production plan and material requirement plan,the last is the foundation and operation on the level of operation,a series of plans from strategic planning to the execution of the operational level of the closed loop,completed orders to plan the construction of management system of agricultural mode.
