Research On The Impact Of Agricultural Insurance On The Agricultural Economy In The New Urbanization Of Shandong Province

In recent years,the urbanization process in China has been continuously advancing,and the quality of new urbanization with human-centered has been improved.This will help improve the quality and efficiency of rural economic development in an all-round way,solve the main contradiction of rural areas development in China effectively,and realize the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Agricultural insurance has also played an important role in preventing agricultural production risks,accurately helping the poor,promoting agricultural economic growth and improving agricultural social support and protection systems.Under the current background of new urbanization,on the basis of reviewing existing literature,the reasthe impact of agricultural insurance on agricultural economy in new urbanization is studied from qualitative and quantitative perspectives.Firstly,sort out the development of new urbanization,agricultural insurance,agricultural economy in Shandong Province,and the effectiveness of agricultural insurance services in the agricultural economy.The new urbanization quality level measurement index system including the four dimensions of population,economy,ecology,and social development was further studied empirically using panel data of 17 cities in Shandong Province from 2007 to 2016.The empirical analysis first uses the entropy method to measure the quality level of the new urbanization,and analyzes the regional differences and distribution characteristics of the new urbanization quality level in Shandong Province based on the cluster analysis method.Based on this,a fixed effect panel model was established to analyze the impact of agricultural insurance development on agricultural economic growth in the new urbanization.The results show that the development of agricultural insurance has a significant positive effect on the growth of agricultural economy.Agricultural insurance has the greatest impact on agricultural economic growth in high-quality new urbanization region,followed by the overall regional,medium-quality,low-quality new urbanization areas.The quality level of new urbanization has a significant impact on agricultural economic growth and there are certain regional differences.In the high-quality new urbanization areas,the new urbanization level promote the growth of agricultural economy.In the medium-quality and low-quality new urbanization areas,the new urbanization level significantly inhibits the growth of the agricultural economy.In addition,the agricultural production scale and fiscal support for agriculture as a controlled variable have an effect on the growth of the agricultural economy.Finally,starting from the new urbanization of Shandong Province and the actual development of agricultural insurance,the policy recommendations for improving the quality of new urbanization,promoting the development of agricultural insurance and agricultural economic growth are proposed.
