With the rapid development of the "Internet +" and the support and sharing of the big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,sharing has become the new normal state of society and life.In the past two years,different fields and regions have been undergoing changes under the background of the sharing economy.In the current travel market,the online travel mode of car sharing is extremely hot.The online car companies represented by “Drops and Trips” emerge in an endless stream,is causing huge impact on the traditional travel market and changing the users' traditional travel concepts.It opens up a brand-new Internet modern travel mode,which has made consumers feel the value of sharing the first time.At the same time,the emergence of third-party platforms further enables seamless connection between product and service providers and consumer users,blurring the boundaries of tradition and the Internet and gradually disappearing.Although there are some innovations in the development of the current business model of vehicles,some companies still do not realize the key points of the development of business models.If companies want to develop in the long term,they must continuously optimize the business model with the progress of the market environment and social and cultural environment to link with the current market demand closely.Based on the previous studies of the sharing economy and business models and combing the characteristics of the online travel industry,the business model of shared travel is defined as: Enterprises through the integration of resources,strategic guidance,the extension of the value chain as a form of contacting with the user to establish and provide services through the third party payment platform to achieve the organizational model of capital circulation.In comparison with traditional travel business models,the key elements of shared travel business model innovation optimization and the value it brings to society,enterprises and consumers are identified.Bayesian game analysis is used to analyze the choice strategies of consumers for shared travel and analyze the importance of the service quality of the network about vehicle platform theoretically,after that,using the system dynamics simulation model combined with the droplets to further verify the key elements of sharing the business model of travel optimization.In the end,the business model for online trips and shared trips should be optimized from the perspectives of product quality,value chain extension,strategy,and service.With product quality as the core and consumer demand as the strategic foundation,it is possible to increase the traveler's choice rate and achieve corporate success and the long-term development.
