As the development of internet popularized,Travel service industry has been disruptively changed by ride-hailing & time-share leasing service.Ride-hailing Travel which is based on Internet technology have completely changed the way of life of big cities and even third-and fourth-tier cities.With the advent of internet technology,the demand of mobility service request more accurate,convenient and instant information.The mastery of supply-side information is more transparent and in-depth.And the response of demand is also more rapid and accurate.The development and popularization of mobile Internet marks that we have entered the time of "sharing economy 2.0".As a typical representative of sharing economy,the concept of sharing travel has been deeply rooted in people's hearts.As a typical representative of ride-sharing,ride-hailing has huge potential markets.However,due to its Weak legislation,it is very easy infect by policies and regulations.Seemingly placid ride-hailing market,which is surging,the competition is quite fierce.Therefore,how to gain competitive advantage in such an environment.Designing and exploring a new business model is an important topic of this paper.This paper is based on the research of ride-hailing industry under the model of transportation capacity.Taking FHD company as the research object,it analyzes and summarizes its business model through the canvas theory model of business model and puts forward suggestions for improvement.The first part of the paper introduces the background of the topic and proposes the research questions,significance methods and basic framework of the research.The second part discusses the meaning of business model,the structure of business model.And through research summary and theoretical basis of ride-hailing.The third part of the current situation of the development of ride-hailing and service process were analyzed.And make clear all the elements within the whole value chain and therelationship between each other.To help our country ride-hailing industry business model through canvas analyzed.Also help to provide the basis for subsequent FHD company business model analysis.In the fourth part,FHD company analyzes the business model canvas model,describes the basic framework of FHD business model,and concludes that China's ride-hailing industry is an organism composed of four interfaces and nine major factors.Through the description and comparison the business models in different stages of FHD company,We find that the essence of the changes in each stage of FHD company that the various elements of the business model are changing,related and influenced each other.And this ultimately change leads to the evolution of the business model.Based on the analysis results of chapter four,chapter five optimizes the business model of FHD company from four aspects and nine elements.The sixth chapter puts forward effective safeguard measures for the optimized business model.In the end,the research is summarized and prospected.Based on practical work and theoretical knowledge,this paper studies and explores the connotation and logic of business model,which has certain guiding significance for practice and certain reference significance for the study of ride-hailing business model.
