Nowadays,our country is in a period of economic transformation,the state clearly increased consumption in economic growth contribution,and introduced appropriate policies to promote consumption growth and encourage financial enterprises to actively develop consumer credit business.Consumer credit market in China is in a stage of rapid development and fierce competition,it is of great significance to study the characteristics of consumer credit customers and grasp consumer preferences to expand consumer credit market and consumer credit risk.The life cycle theory builds the foundation for consumer credit and its impact on consumer demand,consumer credit is an important means to realize the intertemporal consumption,consumer credit has stimulating effect and crowding out effect,the final impact on consumer demand depends on the combined effect of the two effects.Most scholars have proved that consumer credit can promote consumer demand growth in the short term,but in the long-run,the effect is not significant.Based on the customer data of GF bank Shenzhen branch,this paper analyzes the natural attributes,social attributes,characteristics of credit products,bad loans and other aspects of consumer credit customers.The results show that men are significantly more visible than women in consumer credit,and clients under 36 years of age account for a large proportion of total customers.In the industry,education,household income and other aspects of credit customers concentration trend is obvious,non-performing loans are concentrated in the service industry,construction industry,manufacturing and other labor-intensive industries.In view of the characteristics of consumer credit customers,suggestions are made for banks to carry out market expansion and credit customer risk control in the future.
