Research On Enterprise Capability Evaluation Of IT Service Outsourcing Enterprises In China

Recently,in the field of service outsourcing,new technology,new formats,new business models are emerging,great changes have taken place in the service outsourcing industry.Innovation driven playing a more and more important part in the development,personalized and diversified requirements become the mainstream and service intelligence,specialization become features of the industrial organization.In this environment,Chinese service outsourcing presents three major new features.First,the disappearance of the demographic dividend,cheap labor being at the end,the core competitiveness of service outsourcing enterprises must be changed.Second,market demand being in the change,the customer's demand has changed from the industrialization IT to personalized IT,and the demand becomes more and more diverse.Third,with the technology driven business model innovation,the whole of China is entering a pan IT society,everywhere there is a need.In such an environment,IT service outsourcing enterprises need to have more understanding of their own,to find their own advantages and disadvantages,so as to make enterprise progress.Scholars have a lot of analysis and Research on the IT service outsourcing enterprises,but the objective analysis method is not much,the relevant evaluation index system is not perfect.How to establish an objective and quantitative method to analyze the IT service outsourcing enterprises is a problem that needs to be studied.This paper on review of IT service outsourcing enterprises and based on the analysis to the enterprise capability theory,summed up the elements of IT service outsourcing enterprises ability of enterprise,namely enterprise operational ability,scale growth capability,field technical ability,market development ability,and from these constitute elements of and construct a have a solid theoretical foundation of IT service outsourcing enterprises enterprise competence evaluation index system.In this paper,the structural equation model is applied to the quantitative evaluation of enterprise capability of IT service outsourcing enterprises.With the traditional exploratory factor analysis different traditional exploratory factor analysis find the rules from the data,and structural equation model to pay more attention to the intrinsic link between the variables,on the basis of mature theoretical research and practical experience,put forward reasonable assumptions,and then through the empirical data of the research hypothesis is verified,is entirely a confirmatory analysis strategy,more in line with the logic of enterprise capacity evaluation.This article selected some listed IT service outsourcing enterprises in 2010 to 2014 as the sample data,construct the quantitative evaluation of enterprise competence model,the results showed that the model fitting effect is good,and the hypothesis test is passed.Through the sorting of enterprise capability,the present situation of domestic IT service outsourcing enterprises' enterprise capability is analyzed.At last,combined with empirical analysis results,in order to improve the enterprise capability of IT service outsourcing enterprises in our country,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
