Study On The Effects Of Logistics Service Capability Of Express Industry On Enterprise Performance

With the rapid development of mobile internet and e-commerce,e-commerce logistics in China has become an important part of modern logistics industry and a new impetus to promote the development of national economy,express industry also got rapid development.However,the delivery enterprises still have many problems in the process of providing logistics services,and these problems are closely related to the logistics service ability of express enterprises,and play a crucial role in the performance development of express enterprises.Based on the relevant literature and the collation of data,this paper regards express enterprises as the research object,and defines the logistics service capacity of express enterprises.Secondly,in the process of qualitative analysis,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of express enterprise logistics service ability and express enterprise performance,and puts forward the research hypothesis.In the process of quantitative analysis,using factor analysis and structural equation model to quantitative analysis of large sample data.Finally,according to the improvement of the performance of express enterprises,corresponding management measures and suggestions on express enterpriselogistics service ability are provided.The main findings are as follows:The logistics operation ability,logistics factor ability and value-added service ability of express enterprises have a significant positive impact on the internal operation performance,financial performance,customer performance and learning and growth performance of express enterprises.Among them,the logistics operation ability of express enterprises has a significant positive impact on the financial ability,customer performance and learning and growth performance of express enterprises;the logistics factor ability of express enterprises will have a significant positive impact on the financial performance and learning and growth performance of express enterprises.The value-added service ability of express enterprises will have a significant positive impact on the internal operational performance,financial performance,customer performance and learning and growth performance of express enterprises.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following management suggestions.First,the express enterprises may as well design a reasonable transportation path,choose a environmentally friendly transportation mode,properly control the packaging cost,shorten the delivery time,provide high quality after-sales service,establish reasonable logistics service charge and ensure the safety and confidentiality of consumer personal information.Secondly,the express enterprises need to build a reasonable logistics service network,pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive ability of express enterprise employees.Finally,the express enterprises need to pay attention to innovation consciousness and establish the information sharing system,so as to promote the sustainable development of express enterprises.As for the innovation of this paper,this research sets up the express enterprise logistics service ability index evaluation system from the perspective of rational utilization,control cost and improving service efficiency and quality,for the sake of the green environmental protection,saving logistics cost,saving logistics distribution time and reducing the environmental pollution.Furthermore,according to the relationship between logistics service capacity and express enterprise performance,the hypothesis is studied,and the hypothesis model is constructed.The hypothesis model is verified by quantitative analysis.
