Research On Generation Of Migrant Workers' Political Psychology

Generation of migrant workers' home located in rural areas,been subjected to a certain level of education,they born after 1980,by working to survive.They are a group with Chinese characteristics urban migration,youth and sweat to pay for the construction of the city.However,when their rights are violated,they tend to choose non-institutionalized approach,various social problems caused also in dispute.Are they aware of common sense to run our political system? Do they trust the government,interested in politics? How satisfied are the policies related to their own interests? Whether they are willing to participate in political decision-making? We are worthy of further study.Our study integrate Pu qu wang and other scholars' view,the new generation of migrant workers' political psychology contain political cognition,emotion politics,political motivation,political attitudes and political efficacy five dimensions,respectively setting the title,self-questionnaire.We select Taizhou,Yiwu,Shenzhen and Jinzhong City to for the survey,We investigated their political psychology,on the basis of the comprehensive analysis,we discuss the political psychology of the status of the new generation of migrant workers.The results showed that: Generation of migrant workers mainstream political psychology is healthy,They have a good awareness of the political situation;deep feelings for the state and the nation;strong political motivation,satisfied with the government's policies,collective consciousness and social responsibility,but there are several major issues: the new generation of migrant workers in the presence of groups of trust preferred;highly educated and high-income earners obvious "shortcut formula" tendency in politics;political awareness and political participation tends to conflict;Focusing on practical interests and so on.On this basis,combined with political and social theory and social capital theory to explain this phenomenon.In addition,we explore the relationship between political efficacy and political attitudes,Prepared a scientific political psychology questionnaire.According to the above survey findings,shaping some suggestions for the new generation of migrant workers' political psychology.In community-based,community members organized in the form of wealth;doing the political education Through a systematic approach;Using new media construct a political system of trust;providing appropriate institutional guarantee use the public as a target.We hope to provide some reference for political decision-making in cities or industry with more new generation of migrant workers.
