The Affecting Factors Of Households' Farmerland Transfer Based On Guangzhou Province

At present,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research on The affecting factors of households' farmerland transfer,and made a lot of result.Through a lot of liteerature research,we find that most of the research on the household' farmland transfer was about the change of farmland management area,including transfer in and transfer out the land.We can hardly see the reseach on the merging of farmerland.Considering the demand of expland ing the farmland managment area and the demand of merging the farmerland,we make an comprehensive analysis towards the factors of households' farmerland transfer.This dissertation makes an in-depth study on households' farmerland transfer after an on-the-spot investigation.We choose Guangzhou for investigation,talk about the the affecting factors of households' farmerland transfer?Then on the basis of theoretical analysis,we puts forward the research hypotheses,explores the main factors of households' farmerland transfer,uesing the questionnaire and logistic analysis methods.We try to find out the main factors that have impact on households' farmer land transfer,and provide some policy advice and theoretical basic.We analyze the impact on households' farmer land transfer from three point:individual characteristics of the farmers,farmer'family characteristics and farmland endowment characteristics.From the reseach of 653 farmers from Guangdong province,we find that :household' age and household' argricultural machinery traniing condition have positive impact on enlarging and integrating the farmland;farming income proportion and the number of farmland have positive impact on both enlarging the farmland or integrating the farmland;the distance between far mland and the urban has negeitive impact on enlaging the farmland but not integrating the farmland;diffirent area of the farmland located has diffirent impact on households' farmerland transfer.So we proposed some suggests to improve the households ' farmerland transferation:respect and matain the farmer 'dominant role,develp the education of rural area,enhance the the non-farming income proportion,enhance the comparative profit of agriculture,reinforce the argricultural machinery tarining and promote the development of urbanization.
