Study On The Construction Of Business Model In New Ventures

As the popularity of the "Internet plus",new ventures such as a SX like bamboo shoots after a spring rain coming,the enterprise is the number of new ventures.SX ventures is a small and medium-sized enterprises,the main business is the construction of public service e-commerce platform for the government,enterprises and e-commerce practitioners to provide local e-commerce industry information service,electronic commerce industry training services and e-commerce industry to managed services.Nowadays,as SX enterprises always rely on very dominant market opportunities to conduct responsive management,there is tremendous pressure for growth in the construction and strategic development of unstructured business models.Therefore,based on the perspective of resource development,the commercial pattern canvas model framework is used to analyze the business model construction of SX start-ups.By learning from the related research results of business models and resource development of domestic and foreign scholars,we find that we can study the business mode of SX enterprises from the perspective of resource development.In this paper,the business model canvas tools for SX in its current business model for key factors analysis,find the pattern has decided to order entrepreneurial motivation and the decision does not match,the value concept and the new environment is insufficient,the financial capacity and the new environment,not enough resources,development ability and the ability to integrate resources,lack of the insufficient use of resources and other issues,the conclusion is the existing business model of the customer is too single,resulting in income is too small,also is the enterprise survival and development of the resource is too small,so need to develop new resources,resource development to the resource allocation and integration,then,based on customer value,SX ideas,core resources and key business and revenue analysis,draw the conclusion: SX enterprises can focus on creating e-commerce services The characteristics of platform plate,namely training online and offline transactions,government at all levels to improve the recognition of public service e-commerce platform on a commercial level,further enlargement and deepening of the territory in the second level,but also focus on the development of local products online and offline transactions,in general is to take the main use of resources to training and the local specialty of online and offline sales,put more energy and resources in the basic business at the same time,a firm foothold to expand territory,let's have a better development.The rest of the business cooperates in the way of "professional managers".Finally,the corresponding preventive measures and solutions are provided according to the risks and difficulties that may be encountered during the implementation process.Through the study of the improvement of the business model,on the one hand to proceed from the specific situation of SX company,and analysis of its shortcomings,targeted from the angle of resources development for the design of a new business model,the enterprise can better survive under the premise,and better development;on the other hand,can similar ventures in the present context,to provide practical and guiding significance to design or improve business model.
