Research On The Integration And Development Of Rural Primary, Secondary And Tertiary Industries In Hunan Province

In the realistic context of Our country's economic development into a new normal,Promoting the development of rural three major industry is an important deployment of agricultural and rural work.In 2014,the central rural work conference proposed that in order to develop rural three major industry,modern ways of industrial organization like industry chain and value chain could be introduced into agriculture.In 2015,No 1 Central Document clearly put forward to promote the integration of rural three major industry development.At present,around Characteristic and advanced agriculture industry,our province has introduced relevant supporting policies,and chose 10 counties to carry out pilot program of integration development of rural three major industry.As a province with excellent tradition and thick agricultural foundation,Hunan province should comprehensively implement the decision deployment of central committee and provincial,accelerate the process of rural three major industry integration development.Around the rural three major industry integration development of Hunan province,the article discusses the mechanism and concept of from the perspective of industrial chain theory,industrial integration theory and agricultural multi-functional theory;explores the basis,advantages and development potential,studies key tasks and support objects of Hunan rural three major industry integration development;analyzes the existing problems and reason behind it;find out the existing model,and explore innovation model suitable for Hunan Province.Finally,in the sight of Industrial integration,structural reform,policy creation and financing mechanism,the article puts forward some suggestions on the existing problems of integration of rural three major industry integration development process.
